Support for 30 FPS Video Recording in Low Light Conditions

Add the ability to toggle between 30 FPS and 60 FPS video recording, including an optional “Auto FPS” mode that automatically switches to 30 FPS in low light for improved brightness.

Currently, the app records video at 60 FPS by default, which results in dimmer footage in low light conditions. The native Camera app offers a manual 30/60 FPS toggle and an “Auto FPS” setting that intelligently adjusts based on lighting. This flexibility significantly improves video quality in dark environments.

• Include a 30/60 FPS toggle directly in the recording interface.

• Optionally, add an “Auto FPS” mode similar to the iOS Camera app that detects low light and switches to 30 FPS automatically.
