Improve media uploading

When importing, especially large amounts of media, there are some issues that degrade the experience of using the app:

• Improve app performance while encryption is happening

• Allow background encryption of media, even when phone is locked

The user should be able to view the import progress anywhere in the app, and should be able to manage it (cancel, pause, restart) through this UI.
