Allow tipping!

I have the lifetime subscription. This app has been so necessary for so long, so it has been great to see it developing.

Given that, I’d like the ability to ‘tip’ by paying some additional amount again (ideally should be various choices) to support the ongoing development efforts. That doesn’t seem possible at the moment. Maybe this is a bit niche!
